Doctor’s Case Medicals Ltd is a private company with a strong focus on healthcare services. Our flagship brand, Doctor’s Case Medicals, operates medical centers in three districts of southwestern Uganda — Bushenyi, Kanungu, and Rukungiri. The company’s head office is located at Plot 47–51, Republic Road, Rukungiri Municipality.
We are seeking self-motivated and skilled individuals to fill the position of Inventory and Materials Manager.
-Monitor and Maintain Optimal Stock Levels: Ensure timely monitoring of stock levels and initiate orders to maintain adequate inventory without overstocking or stockouts.
-Ensure Proper Storage Conditions: Oversee and enforce standard storage conditions, including room and cold chain environments, to preserve the quality and integrity of inventory.
-Maintain Accurate Inventory Records: Track and document all stock movements with precision, ensuring up-to-date and reliable inventory data.
-Temperature Monitoring: Regularly check and document temperature logs for all storage areas, especially cold chain equipment, to ensure compliance with storage guidelines.
-Conduct Stock Aging and Expiry Analysis: Perform regular analysis of inventory to identify slow-moving, expired, or near-expiry items and take appropriate action.
-Variance Tracking: Identify and report any discrepancies between invoiced, packed, and received goods; communicate issues promptly to relevant departments for resolution.
-Invoice Management: Accurately receive, verify, and enter all invoices for purchased items into inventory management systems.
-Inventory Stewardship: Act as a steward of all inventory resources, ensuring accountability, minimal loss, and efficient use of materials.
Diploma level, Bachelor’s degree or waiting to graduate.
